This Masterclass will include the use of short videos to provide clear work instructions which are easy to follow and understand, easy to remember and easy to audit to ensure critical tasks are performed the correct and safe way every time. Clear easy to follow, understand and remember work instructions for critical tasks are key to delivering safe quality outcomes!We will look at the importance of making tasks visual to deliver uniform performance, and practical techniques you can use to achieve the correct visualisation, even when confronted with the reality of many modern workplaces being multi-lingual with a spread out workforce. Presented by expert, Barry Henson!
