Life is full of disappointments – in people, in things, in our work, and even in our self, and if we are not careful we can easily become frustrated and unhappy. Disappointment is the product of unrealistic expectations. At this course learn how to overcome disappointment by having realistic expectations that lead to mental freedom, enabling us to live with wisdom and confidence.

This half day course with Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam consists of two sessions of teaching and guided meditation with a 45 minute break between.
