    OFF THE BEATEN TRACK

Have a taste for all things quality, gourmet & ground breaking? Then come & traverse  a few blocks of Brookvale for a deliciously innovative, indigenous foodie experience. Taste your way through many native flavours as you track through two fabulous establishments.

Connecting land & people by way of food & beverages; we will explore national treasures of past & present culture & cuisine. Leading local, innovative businesses will reveal delicious ways of sampling native culture and flavours through this exceptional experience.

Bush to Bowl, a local, First Nations peoples’ social enterprise, will be sharing the indigenous concept of country in traditional and modern ways. As suppliers of all fresh, native produce they will impart knowledge about the uses, benefits & cultivation of indigenous plants & inspire native plant care in your own backyard.

Tastefully trek through bush & street smart dishes to match the foodiest of dining experiences by Zing Fresh Catering from their 'wild warehouse HQ'  where imagination & ingredients grow wild. Also sip & savour further flavours of Australia, compliments of Seadrift Distillery - the home of global, medal winning alcohol free spirits.

Next, wander a few guided blocks over to Manly Spirits Distillery with Zing and enjoy a sweet canape & complimentary alcoholic beverage, both featuring yet more magic from our land. Enjoy a mini tour exploring the distillery's sustainable energy/waste practices & super size your enjoyment with $10 off any bottle purchases. Track back home or linger longer  as you like until it’s dreamtime.
