Loving Change: The Daily Dharma of Compassionate Activism

Join Alison Rice and founder of Mahasoma, Laura Poole, for an in-person group meditation and wisdom session in Bondi on Saturday, December 16 at 2.30pm.

After meditating together, Alison will be offering Laura some inquiry around what it means to embrace change in a loving way — both our relationship with change and the driving force behind the action we take in the name of change, justice and peace.

If we believe that the most evolutionary change emerges from love, this devotion to loving change can be our greatest act of allyship.
