NOTE: Co-ordinating this experience for you takes a lot of time and resources. This is a dating service designed to connect you with your ideal match. When you book your ticket, we start working for you. A significant portion of your investment goes towards to advertising beyond our database to find your type of singles. The more time you give us, the more likely you are to meet like-minded singles in your preferred age bracket during the event. Guests who book late, with specific preferences for a partner, run the risk of not allowing us sufficient time to find you lots of suitable matches to meet at the event.

THE MAIN EVENT:
7:30pm WARM UP
- Mingling time with other like-minded singles who are all looking for someone special.
- Help yourself to complimentary drinks and food.
- We help to settle your nerves by playing some easy ice-breaker games at the start which allow you to relax, have fun, and meet similar-aged people who share your values and interests.
- The lock and key activity is a simple activity that can help you approach new people to chat with.
- Filter the crowd for your special someone; you'll have more time later to chat with them.
- Consider this initial hour "the warm up".
8:20pm THE SHARING GAME (Social Experiment - 1 hour)
- Meet your personalised match (or group), and sit down to enjoy a sharing game.
- Using the famous 36 questions to generate deep and meaningful conversations.
- Download and read the questions (download here) before the event and contemplate each of your answers. Some questions have triggering themes eg fire/death.
- Create chemistry with a moment of eye gazing to further strengthen the connection.
9:30pm MINGLE, CONNECT & SHARE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
- More mingling time
- Talk with someone new who you've not yet introduced yourself
- Reconnect with someone you spoke with earlier.
- Continue to play the lock and key game
- Share your contact details with people.
- Plan some catch-ups / dates for the weekend...
- Speak with our roaming coaches / hosts
- Continue chatting with your match.
- Feel free to use the 36 questions with different people during the rest of the event.
10:30pm HOME TIME
The official end time, however, approximately 50% of guests usually continue to socialise thereafter. Return your lock and key to the hosts.

- Meet wing-women / wing-men the Monday before in a 1 hour Zoom session.

REFUNDS:
- No refunds if your circumstances change or if you change your mind about attending the in-person event. The reason is: Once you book your ticket, your investment goes towards the time we take to understand your preferences for a partner. We analyse your matching registration form and action a strategy to find singles for you to meet. A significant portion of your investment goes towards marketing / advertising to find like-minded people to match you with. A portion of your investment covers catering and venue hire which is booked well in advance too. Please let us know if you cannot make the event ASAP as we will have to find another partner for your match to do the 36 questions with.
- A partial or full refund may be available in the unlikely situation that we are unable to match you. You'll be notified at least at least 1-2 days before the event.
