Join us in circle for an evening of embodied conversation and guided reflection as we connect to the wisdom and aliveness deep within us.

It takes courage and discernment to embody what is authentically true.

Through the practice of intentional self-enquiry, we will explore how she shows up in your life and strengthen your trust in what you already know.

This is a safe space to simply be. To come exactly as you are, and to allow yourself to be nurtured and nourished.

The evening will include:

Communal sharing & reflection: A space to share and listen without pressure.
Archetypal embodiment: Through mythos and story, we’ll meet Truth Speaker archetype and connect with parts of ourselves that silence what we deeply know.
Guided embodiment meditation: Somatic grounding to connect with your body.
Closing circle & grounding practice: Leaving you anchored, relaxed, and clear.
