Oil Painting Workshop with Isabella Allis

Experience the rich luminous effects that you can create with oil paint in this workshop run by Isabella Allis! Learn how to represent the worn metallic surface of a vintage pewter goblet (the reference photo will be supplied). In this workshop, you will learn how to complete an under-drawing for your painting, block in areas of value to portray 3-dimensional form and surface quality, and then gradually refine the details.
We will look at oil paint as a medium and the sequential steps needed to achieve the best results.

This course is suitable for beginners to intermediate. Make sure to purchase tickets soon as spaces are limited!
