Hello Planet 1st Master Chefs!

Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our Master Class for July 2025! We are focused on traditional Oklahoma BBQ and both traditional and fun twists on sides!

Menu Includes:

Demo of proper rub and prep of pork ribs for oven preparation.
Home-made Mac 'N' Cheese. Students will learn about proper pasta and sauce preparation.
Tabouli - Students will learn the History of why it is a staple at Oklahoma BBQ establishments and how to prepare
Student Made BBQ Sauce and Quick Pickles: each student will create a jar of each to take home
Watermelon Salad, a refreshing/healthy condiment to a BBQ meal
Sassafras Peach Ice Cream Floats

PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
Age requirement is 11-17 years old without an adult, 6 and older with an adult combo purchase. Aprons will be provided for new students.
Adult/Child Combo available for one parent and one child who would like to attend together. Child must be at least 6 years old.
Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
