Oktoberfest Planet 1st Kids Master Cooking Class 2024

Planet 1st presents...Oktoberfest Kids Master Class 2024! 

Chefs Bill and Mikael will guide students in preparation of classic German cuisine with a Halloween twist! This class does involve more advanced skill development training including knife skills and hot cookery.

Activities Include:

• Introduction to German Culture, terms and the Chicken Dance!
• Preparing Schnitzel and Potato Pancakes (learning pan fry and bake methods) 
• Pie Dough process and preparation of "Apple and Ant" Dumplings
• Screaming Sour Spiced Cider and Homemade Applesauce demos
• Aprons for each new student will be provided to take home. 

Reminders!!

• PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
• Age requirement is 11-17 years old.
• The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
• The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
• Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
