King’s Birthday Hostel Old Boys’ Weekend

You’re Invited!

Join us for a special weekend as we welcome Old Boys back to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the traditions that have shaped generations. From walking the grounds and sharing stories to coming together for the iconic Niger Cup Boarders’ Rugby Game — now in its 72nd year — this is a chance to relive the camaraderie, pride, and brotherhood that began in the hostel.

Whether you’re a hostel Old Boy or a former day student, this weekend is all about reconnecting, sharing a few stories, and celebrating the spirit of NPBHS.

Saturday, 30 May
2:00pm–4:00pm – Back to School: Old Boys’ Tour with Prefects
7:30pm–10:30pm – Old Boys’ Social – Sir Graeme Douglas Dining Room ($50pp, includes nibbles and drinks)

Sunday, 31 May
10:30am – Brotherhood Brunch – Sir Graeme Douglas Dining Room ($25pp, includes brunch, coffee, and tea)
12:30pm – Golf Afternoon with Ex Masters (optional, venue TBC)
3:30pm – Stones/Davidson Trophy Hockey Match Hobson St Hockey Turf

Monday, 1 June
10:30am – Niger Cup Boarders’ Rugby Game - Gully
