CERAMIC VASE MAKING with CLAIRE BRIDGE
The program is presented as part of the exhibition Floribunda now showing at Bunjil Place.
This single pottery workshop is for people of all skill levels, from novice to advanced.
What you will learn:
- How to use flowers or object to create a unique pottery piece.
- How to create your own vase with clay.
- Experiment with a variety of materials and equipment to spark you creativity.
Clay pieces will be fired and glazed after the session by artist Claire Bridge and will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after individual session.
ABOUT CLAIRE BRIDGE - Claire Bridge is a local artist working across drawing, sculpture, ceramics, painting, video and installation. Her work navigates cultural and ecological hybridity, blending and reframing cross-cultural mythologies, archetypal symbolism, and intimately personal biographies. Skilled in classical and contemporary techniques, Claire shares a wealth of knowledge with her students.
COURSE DATE - Saturday 17th of May 1-4pm.
