Event description
Dark Tours!
Interactive History and Ghost Tour!
Join us at Old St Luke’s Church and step inside one of the oldest buildings on the Peninsula!
The wooden structure building was built in 1902 and resided in Orange Grove for church services. In 1988 the building was moved and reassembled at its present site at Woy Woy. Also in 1988 the building became part of a Bicentennial project where the building was completely restored and Church services were once again held in this magnificent building.
Over the years as the population grew and the community needed a larger Church, a new St Luke’s Church was built nearby. This historical building was now named the Old St Luke’s Church and is now used as an environmental centre.
Will there be energy from the past? Will there be energy because the building was moved to another location? What historical moments and stories will we discover?
Join us at this amazing location and together let’s journey into over 100 years worth of lifetime stories.
