Join Most Haunted Ghost Tours for a special Under 18s Ghost Tour at the Old Wollongong Courthouse, where young investigators can experience the world of paranormal investigation in a safe, fun and family-friendly environment.

The Old Wollongong Courthouse has a long and fascinating history, and over the years there have been stories of unexplained sounds, strange sensations and unusual experiences within its historic walls.

During this special evening, our young investigators will be introduced to some of the equipment and techniques used by real paranormal investigators. You'll have the opportunity to explore the courthouse, investigate reported hotspots and see whether you can capture something unexplained.

​Ready for a night of history and hauntings? To keep our young investigators safe, please review our core terms:

​Parental Consent: By purchasing a ticket you are giving consent for everyone under 18 to participate. No ticket, no entry!

Media Use: By attending, parents / guardians acknowledge that the event may be filmed or photographed by guest's or by our team for promotional purposes. -> Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child’s likeness to be used, you must notify the team leader prior to the start of the event. Photos taken by Most Haunted Ghost Tours will have child's faces blurred or obscured.

​Adult Supervision: Parents must stay on-site, You are responsible for your little humans behaviour.

​Safety First: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required. No flip-flops or sandals allowed in the dark!

​Respect the Spirits: We have a zero-tolerance policy for vandalism, provocation, or disruptive behavior. If your child continues to disrupt the group, you may be asked to take a break or leave. Disruption does NOT include questions or positive engagement.

​Know the Limits: Investigations involve dark spaces and spooky themes. Ensure your child is comfortable with "scary" environments before booking.

​Gear Care: Participants are responsible for any borrowed equipment. Please handle our tech with care!

​The "Safe Word" Policy: Any participant feeling overwhelmed or frightened may use the designated "safe sign" [making a X with your arms] to be immediately escorted by a team member to a well-lit, quiet area.

Accessibility: Access into the courthouse is wheelchair and mobility aid friendly. Please advise our team so suitable alterations to the set experiment can be made to accommodate.

Other: Despite using similar methods or techniques, being part of an actual Investigation is not like what is typically shown on popular YouTube investigator channels. No guarantees can be made of paranormal encounters, we can only place you in the best possible scenario. There are no actors or intentional jump

​By purchasing a ticket and participating in an investigation at the Old Wollongong Courthouse or any other site managed by our team, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These are in place to ensure the safety of our guests and the preservation of these historic locations.

​1. Age Requirements

​All participant 18 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a Parent / Guardian

​2. Substance Policy

​We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and recreational drugs.

​Any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to or during the event will be removed immediately without a refund. This is a safety requirement for working in dark, historic environments.

​3. Safety & Conduct

​Professional Environment: This is a technical research event. We expect all participants to follow the instructions of the lead investigators and treat the location with respect.

​Aggressive Tactics: We do not utilize or permit "provocation" or aggressive "show me" tactics. We follow a witness-centered, respectful approach to research.

​Physical Safety: Historic sites often feature uneven flooring, steep stairs, and low lighting. Participants must wear enclosed, flat-soled shoes (no heels or sandals).

​4. Equipment Use

​Participants may be given access to professional equipment (EMF meters, thermal cameras, etc.). You agree to handle all gear with care.

​Any intentional damage to team equipment or the historic property will be the financial responsibility of the participant.

​5. Media & Privacy

​Photography: Small handheld cameras and phones are permitted for personal use, provided the flash is turned off during active sessions.

​Recording: Audio and video recording of our specific methodology or "team-only" briefings is prohibited unless prior consent is given.

​Waiver: By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes by our team, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event begins.

​6. Refunds & Cancellations

​Tickets are NOT refundable. They may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend, provided you notify us of the name change at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact us, as an exception to this rule can change depending on waitlist.

​In the event that we must cancel an investigation due to unforeseen circumstances or venue issues, a full refund or a credit for a future date will be issued.

​7. Liability Release

​Participation is at your own risk. The team and the venue owners (including local councils or historical societies) are not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or psychological distress experienced during or after the event.

8. Don't be a D***head

I encourage sceptical questioning and logical debunking methods, but leave your ego, pre-concieved perceptions and expectations at the door, have an open mind and be respectful of others.
