Omar Musa - The Fullness (Album Launch)

Join us as Omar Musa launches his new album, The Fullness. We love Omar with our whole heart, and Bankstown Poetry Slam is so stoked to host the launch party for his new album!

Omar will be performing the album live on stage, then hanging out afterwards for signings, chats, and the most immaculate of vibes.

Omar Musa is an author, poet, rapper and visual artist, and an all round beautiful human being.
The Fullness is Omar Musa’s third full length album of music and poetry, an expansive opus of sounds and styles. With long-term collaborator Papertoy at the helm, Omar explores themes such as environmental destruction, addiction, grief, searching for a homeland – and ultimately – rejuvenation.

On this new album, Omar has collaborated on tracks with New York cellist Mariel Roberts, Peruvian composer Phillip Glass, and acclaimed poets Jazz Money and Sara Saleh (who will be performing live with Omar on the night!)
