We know that the g-spot isn't as big of a mystery as it once was - but we also know folks still have a lot of questions! Jay brings their years of teaching and lived experience to bring you this workshop designed to teach you techniques to help you push the on-buttons. 😈😻

We’ll chat about all these common questions below as well as ones you bring to the class!

• the anatomy of the g-spot

• what is g-spot ejaculation (aka squirting)

• toys & techniques for stimulating the g-spot & potentially inducing squirting (spoiler: there’s nothing wrong with you if you’re not a squirter)

• best positions and props (wedges, slings, etc.) for g-spot stimulation

Whether you or your partner are new to "spot" play or just looking for some ideas to rejuvenate your solo or partnered play, this workshop is designed to take your pleasure play to the next level!

What to expect from this workshop:
This is an educational and experiential class, but it is not a sexual class. Folks will have the opportunity to touch toys & lubes and to practice hand motions in air. The focus of the content will be on learning about anatomy, pleasure, techniques, toys, and other tools! Participants will be able to opt in and out of any exercises or offerings.

Who is this workshop for:

For folks interested in g-spot play and squirting! No previous experience required, but interest is necessary! If you have a g-spot, are curious if yours works, or if you just want to learn the best techniques for pleasuring a partner's g-spot, this workshop is for you.

Workshop tickets are sold individually, and each person attending will need a ticket. You may attend solo or bring your partner, triad, date, or friend! Jay's workshops are not play spaces, nor are they meetups. If you are looking for local groups that host such events, he is happy to recommend them!

Meet your Educator!
Jay (they/he) from Sex.EdWithJay, has been an educator for the past 5 years at Lotus Blooms, a health and education-based sex shop in Old Town, Alexandria that centers and celebrates queer and trans joy. Jay is passionate about helping visitors make informed decisions and feel more connected to their bodies and desires. Previously, Jay worked as a DC-licensed massage therapist (BodyworkwithJ) practicing consent-based bodywork, with a sliding scale prioritizing QTBIPOC. Jay loves any excuse to dance, eat, drink, travel, and spend time with his queer community, his cat, Little Boop, and the ocean. 

Space logistics, accessibility, and vibe?

This space available is on the second floor of As You Are, accessible via one flight of stairs. Apologies if this makes the event inaccessible for you! Jay also teaches this class in Old Town, Alexandria for Lotus Blooms on the ground level.

You will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow attendees before the event starts, during intermission, and after the class if you wish, but the class itself is not a mixer. Make it a friend or partner date night - please enjoy AYA and come early or stay late for a drink and food (alcoholic and N/A options available). If you drink before the class, please just do so responsibly so that you can show up in a respectful, learning mindset! Doors open at 6:30. Class starts at 7 and technically ends at 9. Jay will be available till 9:30 for class-related questions.
