Omniversal Hum: Ryosuke Kiyasu
Event description
Nearly four years in the making, the legendary Japanese avant-snare drummer Ryosuke Kiyasu performs in Naarm/Melbourne. A
highly niche artist, Kiyasu is at the forefront of exploring the sonic possibilities of the snare drum and is
deftly reimagining the concept of the 'drum solo'. Equal parts inspiring and confusing, Ryosuke Kiyasu is an
enigmatic and intriguing energy in the modern music landscape. This highly anticipated performance is
certainly one not to miss in the real!
