On-boarding Gen Z

This is the second seminar in our Gen Z series with Darryl Gardiner on Employing Gen Z.

If you are hiring youth in the Kāpiti region and wanting to upskill on your on-boarding and induction process then this is the seminar for you!

Co-hosted by Kāpiti Youth Support (KYS) and Work Ready Kāpiti (WRK) this informative session will feature Darryl Gardiner - Mentor/Trainer at KYS and is all about settling in a young person to the work environment - process & communication.

This seminar will focus on four areas that may need to be understood to help with the on-boarding process so there is a good outcome for all concerned. We will also look at potential problem solving and solutions to more complex situations.

Darryl has been involved with youth and community work for 30+ years including running a boy’s home for 16 years. Darryl has travelled extensively training Youth and Community Workers and works with the Justice Department - training and assisting judges in their communications with young people and their families in the courtroom.
