Event description

QL2 Dance presents an exciting program of new short contemporary dance works created by students and recent graduates from Australia's leading dance universities.

Saturday 16 Dec, 7pm & Sunday 17 Dec, 3pm
QL2 Theatre, Gorman Arts Centre.

Choreographers: Cassidy Thomson, Christopher Wade, Liam Burg, Magnus Meagher, Mia Canton, Rory Warne and Ruby Ballantyne

On Course brings together artists from the QL2 Dance community who are currently studying dance at a tertiary level or have recently graduated. Through a mentored and collaborative choreographic process, these emerging artists challenge themselves to create innovative new work while nurturing familiar and supportive connections.

We support, nurture, mentor and coach them through their critical early years and as they emerge as professionals. We present immersive, creative and demanding performances created by emerging and established artists. We support the dance community through residencies, professional development, mentorship and employment.
