On-Demand Federal Finance Training Registration

WestEd is excited to offer a new asynchronous, self-paced finance training series designed specifically for school and district leaders, business officers, program administrators, and other education professionals seeking flexible learning options. Led by a team of funding and fiscal implementation experts, the available offerings focus on a variety of fiscal topics intended to support state and local staff in gaining important knowledge through a flexible, on-demand format.  

Available On-Demand Modules 

• Module 1: Introduction to Federal Statutes and Regulations: EDGAR, Uniform Grant Guidance, and GEPA 101 

• Module 2: Introduction to Federal Statutes and Regulations: IDEA and ESSA 

• Module 3: Single Audit and Fiscal Monitoring 

• Module 4: Braiding and Blending of Federal Funds 

Prerequisites: None  

Program Level: Basic

• 1-year access to recorded trainings at your convenience, with flexible registration options 

• Eligibility for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, awarded upon successful completion of the module assessment by WestEd, a certified provider with the National Registry of CPE Sponsors

Pricing 

The following pricing grants access to the selected training for one participant, including all training materials.  

• Price per Module: $120 

• Discounted Price: $360 for 4 modules (if you register for 3 modules, the 4th module is free) 

Fee includes access to the chosen module(s), all related materials, and recorded sessions for one year. 

Location 

Online, self-paced. Once registered and payment is received, you will receive access to the Canvas platform with instructions for navigating the module(s). 

Earn CPE Credits 

WestEd is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor for CPE on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have ultimate authority on accepting individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org. 

Participants can receive up to two (2) CPE credit hours per module upon completion of the course. 

Payment Options 

You may pay registration fees with a credit card, check, or purchase order.  Check and purchase order payments are processed offline for both general and team registrations. 

• To pay with a Credit Card, select the "Credit Card," "Google Pay," or "PayPal" options. 

• To pay with a Check or Purchase order, select the "Invoice" option. You will receive an invoice that you can use to generate a purchase order.
