On Wed 18 and Thu 19 November'26, Bacino on North Steyne swaps espresso for pasta. ONDA brings a little Italian classics to Manly: fresh pasta, made properly.
What to expect
Fresh pastas, from Roman Cacio e Pepe to oven-baked rigatoni with nduja
Warm focaccia and whipped ricotta with truffle honey to share
ONDA soft serve to finish (pistacchio, we’re looking at you)
