We bring to you an incredible morning that is all inclusive as part of One 2 Breathe Wellness Co's vision and mission to make wellness, connection and healing accessible to the 'whole' family, whether it be with your children, grandparents, partner ... we are all inclusive.

A children's program will be running at the same time as the breathwork and meditation, so that you can rest assured time is opened up for you to fill up your own cup, whilst they fill theirs.

Here’s what we’re offering:

Guided Breathwork - A simple, soul-deep reset for your nervous system.

Authentic Connection - Share a safe, supportive space with like-minded people in the community, creating lasting connection and friendships that are good for your soul

Intentional Stillness - A moment to pause, reflect, and just be with intention setting and meditation

Children's Yoga and Mindfulness Program (separate to the adults)

What You’ll Walk Away With:

... and a slow release of 'the feel-good hormone' oxytocin which will be sure to keep you feeling AMAZING as you enjoy the rest of your Sunday

All we ask is this:

Show up as you, and enjoy a chance to recharge.

Location: Maddock Park, Ewen Maddock Dam just off Connection Road. You will find us on the big open grass patch beyond the playground.

Time: Sundays, 7:30AM - 9:00AM (optional breakfast at Jones Street Cafe down the road afterwards)

Exchange: $10 for adults and $6 for children (if joining in with yoga and mindfulness space with a trained Children's Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher)

PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT/PICNIC BLANKET, WATER & TOWEL
