One Day Breathwork Workshop

A dynamic one day workshops to connect deeply with yourself, release held emotions and trauma from the body, so you can create long term positive change.
Martin has over 20yrs of experience working with breathwork, body psychotherapy and family constellations. He offers private therapy as well as regular self development courses and retreats and is offering this powerful work to Byron Bay for the first time.
This one day workshop offers a safe space to connect with yourself and shift any trauma or emotions held in the body, which can sometimes be hard in an urban environment. It's also an opportunity to raise your energy, create a greater flow of love in your body and gain insight into belief systems and patterns that are affecting your life. For new people it's a great opportunity to have an introduction to breathwork and its benefits.
The day will consist of a dynamic meditation, group check in, education on the process and a breath work session. There will be an optional sauna and cold water (Wim Hof) breathing session from 5pm onwards for those interested.
