- Effective interventions and treatments as well as local organisations that can be accessed
- Planning for conversations - empathy and remaining calm and conversation framework
- Keeping yourself well
- Case studies and practical situations
Included in cost is a hard-copy resource, morning, tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
