A small ticket fee ($25 plus fees) is chargeable for the event to cover morning tea and lunch on the day. Please note due to the size of the workshop no food options will catered for, but we will ensure a variety of options.

With over a decade of experience advising more than 150 companies, his work focuses on building strategic capability, embedding design and process thinking, evaluating market opportunities, and creating long‑term value. He holds an MBA, Bachelor of Business, Graduate Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation, is a Certified Practising Marketer and Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, Associate Fellow of the Institute of Management and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kerry leads Australian Industry Group’s financial and operational consulting services, bringing over 30 years of experience across advanced manufacturing, med‑tech and multiple industrial sectors to support businesses facing financial and operational challenges. With over 30 years entrepreneural experience, he has recently advised more than 150 SMEs, helping stabilise operations, improve productivity, and deliver long‑term value through rigorous financial analysis, benchmarking and whole‑of‑business improvement to capture competitive advantage. Kerry holds an Executive MBA from the University of Western Australia, has served in multiple board roles, and is passionate about strengthening Australian industry through strategic turnaround and growth
