Finding resilience in challenging times

This evening dharma talk plus one-day workshop provides an opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and dharma understanding, reconnect with sangha friends, and support the Blue Mountains Insight Meditation Centre during this time of financial uncertainty.

Using the Zoom platform, we will meet together online to explore a variety of practices aimed at developing and strengthening our capacity to meet life's inevitable challenges with more steadiness, ease, and even appreciation, so that we might directly experience a balanced heart and mind - no matter what our current circumstances might be.

The workshop will include short dharma talks, guided and silent meditation, dyad (pairs) practice, and small group discussions.

Cost: $10 for evening talk and $25 for one-day workshop + dana*

9:30 - 12:30 pm (with a break mid-way)

In keeping with Buddhist tradition, the teachings are offered on a dana basis. Jill is not paid to offer this workshop and is offering any dana that's received to BMIMC, to support their ongoing expenses.
