Welcome to the One Dayer Surf and Pilates Retreat! Join us for a day of empowerment, strengthening, connection and friendship right here on the Central Coast.

The day will start at The Cottage Gardens Studio, tucked away on the Scenic Highway in Terrigal. After settling in, tea and coffee and introductions we will warm up with a mat pilates stretch and strength class overlooking the garden.

We will flow straight into reformer pilates and an ice bath session, igniting our inner power and focusing on core strength and flexibility.

The infrared sauna will be available before and after your ice bath session.

An abdundant organic and locally sourced breakfast will be served while we connect with our new friends and reflect on the mornings experience.

Before heading down to the beach for our surf class we will group together for an uplifting and energetic breathwork session.

The surf class will be held down at Avoca Beach with the wonderful crew from the Surf Academy, directed by Amee Donohue WSL professional surfer.

We will return to the cottage for post surf refreshments and you'll get a chance to book a massage or simply unwind in the relaxing settings.

This retreat is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, all in one day.
