Sauna Sessions Details:

Thursday 2 May 530

  • What to Wear: Togs or comfortable clothing
  • What to Bring: Two towels (one for sitting and one for after) and plenty of water

Sauna Experience:

  • Duration: 1 hour (20-minute cycles)
  • German Sauna Practice - Aufguss: Indulge in a traditional German sauna ritual where cold water infused with essential oils is poured over hot rocks. Experience the enveloping warmth as a towel helicopters the hot air down on you, providing a comforting sensation akin to a warm blanket.
  • Contrast Therapy: After the sauna session, spend 4 minutes in the invigorating ocean to enhance circulation
