One Slow Breath - An Online Meditation & Kinesiology Journey

Join me from the comfort of your home for guided meditation and listening to your own body.

The purpose of this meditation and kinesiology journey is for each of us to rest and move our awareness to the centre of ourselves.

We are living in highly stimulating times, with many forces hungering for our attention and energy. With survival modes at high volume or able to be switched on like a light, our screens warring for consciousness, and war screaming for change.

So how do we access and maintain peace and foster our consciousness for good in a mad world?

Exploring and becoming intimate with our inner terrain and knowing we can rest in this inward space breathe, rest and refresh ourselves is of great importance. This is an opportunity to do just that, breathe, reconnect to that quite space at the centre of the tornado so can refresh and find your own flow again.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic, effective and gentle energy healing modality. In kinesiology we can identify blocks or imbalances in our being and return these to balance with simple yet powerful techniques grounded in Ancient wisdom principles and practise. Energy and it's movement has no limitation by time or space, so online or distance kinesiology is just as powerful as in person work.
