EACH Family Relationship Support for Carers and Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect -North East Metro invite Carers who provide unpaid care to a family member living with a disability or mental illness to join us for a walk and morning tea.

Every month the walk will be held in a different location around Melbourne

Enjoy the opportunity to connect with other carers in a relaxed, non-judgmental space and enjoy the added benefits of being immersed in nature such as lower stress, improved mental health, and an overall feeling of wellbeing.

Strictly Carers only, this is your time.
Participants are expected to be able to walk independently for up to 55 minutes on various, challenging terrain.
Sorry no dogs allowed and no transport provided.
We advise participants to wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable attire for all weather conditions.
Walks will take place in all weather except thunderstorms please dress accordingly.
