A Wednesday evening place to pause and move intentionally.

The November Pass is currently available to reserve your mat for four classes at $15 per class.

Classes for November will open on Monday 2nd after sales end for the November Pass.

Oneday Pilates offers small-group mat classes centered on intentional movement in considered spaces across Hobart.

Our sessions focus on slow, precise exercises designed to feel both grounding and quietly challenging.

We’ve adjusted our pricing this month to make it a little easier to find time for movement as we head towards the end of the year.
