Oneday Pilates offers small-group mat classes centered on intentional movement in considered spaces across Hobart.

Our sessions focus on slow, precise exercises designed to feel both grounding and quietly challenging.

This class is located in the Dance Hall (Upstairs) at Mount Stuart Memorial Hall.
Enter at double doors under ‘Mount Stuart Memorial Hall’ sign on upper level.
There is free street parking. Mount Stuart is located close to Lenah Valley, New Town and North Hobart.
This location has on-site bathroom facilities.
