Join us for a live online 5Rhythms® class with Layah Jane, open to all members of the Befriending Embodied Movement course. This session offers a gentle, accessible way to explore movement and presence from wherever you are.

We’ll begin with a short introduction and a brief guided practice, followed by a 30–35 minute 5Rhythms Wave with music and guidance from Layah. The class will close with space for optional sharing and Q&A. All movement levels and energy states are welcome. You can practice in bed, on the floor, in a chair, or on a couch, whatever feels right for you.

This class takes place on Zoom. You’ll receive an email the day before with the Zoom link, music instructions, and a few simple ways to prepare.

Tiered pricing is available so that those of us with more can share, and those of us who could use some support can receive it. When you register at the Supporting rate, a portion of your registration fee is applied toward another dancer's reduced-rate spot. If a lower price will make the classes accessible for you, please register at the Supported or Access rate.
