Regular Online & Face to Face Sound Meditations with Patricia Athena & Jackie Grace

Connect with Zoom (see the note below to help you connect to Zoom if you have not done so!). We are also offering for people to join us face-to-face for these meditations (with social distancing in place).

These meditations give you an opportunity in your own peaceful space to let go of any stress and tension through focused attention on your inner self.

Particular sounds can help to do this. They can be your own tones, singing and tones around you or high vibration instruments e.g. chimes, bells, Tibetan and crystal bowls and gongs.

As you dive into the sound meditation you can let go of those things not serving you now!

The effect through a change in your brain rhythm and even at a cellular level can have short and even longer term effect!

Everyone may have a different response but overall it is a very positive one!
Some of this sound work is inspired by dolphins and the amazing effect on us when exposed to the dolphin sonar!

Patricia Athena has been a teacher of sound and sound healing for the past 15 years. She also brings strong focus with meditation and reminders of connecting to breath and the inner focus of gratitude and Love!

Join us to experience this wonderful gift of sound and your inner focus!

You may like to sit to start and then be in a comfortable lying position for the remainder. We also welcome feedback on the session as this is a new way to deliver these powerful sound work sessions.

Connecting with Zoom:

To ensure a pleasant experience if you are experiencing your first Zoom Meeting, we highly encourage individuals to download and install the Zoom Application beforehand.

To download and install the Zoom Application:

Go to https://zoom.us/download and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”.
This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.
Once the download is complete, proceed with installing the Zoom application onto your computer.
We recommend using your earphone/headphones to receive a clearer sound.
