Join me, Sarah Divine, Senior Instructor with White Tiger Qigong, for an 8-week journey into gentle yet powerful Qigong practices designed to ease stress, calm the mind, and awaken your body’s natural vitality. This is a short-but-sweet 30-minute class, held weekly at 4:30PM Adelaide time, and perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Classes start on 13th May 2025, running to 8th July. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO SESSION ON 10TH JUNE.
Each session offers a space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom. You'll feel lighter, calmer, and more energised—ready to flow into your evening with grace.

What to Expect in Each Session:
This is a flow-style class—you’ll learn through experience. I’ll guide you through a series of accessible Qigong movements that you can easily adapt to your daily life in 10, 20, or 30-minute practice blocks. Each week, we’ll gently build upon the previous sessions, enhancing your skills and helping you tap into the flow state.
While the live session runs for exactly 30 minutes, you're welcome to email me with questions at any time. I’ll also personally check in with you during the first and final sessions of the series.
If you can’t join live, no worries—each session will be recorded and available for 7 days via a private link, so you can practice on your own schedule.

About Your Instructor:
Sarah Divine is Australia’s most qualified White Tiger Qigong instructor, with over 15 years of practice and teaching since 2015. With a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science, she brings a unique, science-informed lens to traditional Qigong practice. Sarah has trained extensively with Master Tevia Feng, and previously studied under Master Mantak Chia in the Universal Healing Tao tradition.
She is a proud member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, AusActive, and an associate member of ESSA (Exercise & Sport Science Australia).
What You'll Need:

Loose, comfortable clothing

Barefoot or thin-soled flexible shoes

A yoga mat’s worth of space (plus room to swing your arms!)

A chair nearby for optional seated practice

An empty stomach (light snack at least 1 hour before; heavier meals 2 hours prior)
