ONLINE: Bite-Sized Qigong – Gentle Movement and Breathwork for a Soft Energy Boost

Join Sarah Divine, Senior Instructor with White Tiger Qigong, for a weekly 30-minute class designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and gently energised. This short-but-effective session combines flowing Qigong movements with breathwork and mindfulness, an ideal way to transition out of the workday and into your evening.

Whether you're new to Qigong or returning to your practice, this bite-sized format offers a simple yet profound way to restore your inner balance, soothe tension, and enhance vitality. All sessions are beginner-friendly, accessible, and grounded in both ancient Taoist tradition and modern movement science.

Class Details

  • Live online via Zoom

  • Tuesdays, 4:30 PM Adelaide time

  • 8-week course: 5th August to 30th September 2025

  • No session on 9th September

  • Recordings available for 7 days after each class

Each session includes:

  • Gentle Qigong forms to open the body and circulate Qi

  • Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and release stress

  • Mindful movement to restore clarity and connection

  • A progressive flow that builds confidence and embodied awareness

  • Tools for daily practice you can use in 10, 20, or 30-minute formats

You’ll learn how to slow down, tune in, and access your body’s natural wisdom, without needing to carve out hours of time.

About Your Instructor
Sarah Divine is Australia’s most qualified White Tiger Qigong instructor. With over 15 years of practice and a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Science, she brings a deep understanding of both Taoist energy cultivation and Western movement science. Sarah is known for her clear, compassionate teaching and dedication to helping others feel empowered in their own bodies.

What You’ll Need

  • Loose, comfortable clothing

  • A small space to move (yoga mat size is fine)

  • A chair nearby if you prefer a seated option

  • An empty or lightly nourished stomach
