You'll be guided through Conscious Connected Breathing, a dynamic breathwork technique that helps you clear emotional blockages, let go of outdated patterns, and make space for fresh, abundant energy to flow freely within you. With each deep inhale and exhale, you’ll move through the barriers that have held you back and create room for your highest self to emerge.

You’ll start by releasing the past, using the breath to let go of anything from 2024 that no longer serves you. As you exhale, feel the weight of old fears, doubts, and limitations dissolve, leaving you lighter and more open to what lies ahead.

Next, you’ll connect with your soul’s true purpose. Through focused, deep breathing, we’ll bring you into alignment with your heart’s deepest desires, helping you clarify your vision for the year ahead. This is your time to tune into your authentic path and set intentions that are grounded in your true self.

Then, we’ll guide you to expand into 2025. Feel your energy open and stretch beyond your limitations as you breathe in the boundless possibilities of the new year. This breathwork journey is a sacred opportunity to step into 2025 empowered, aligned, and ready to create the life you truly desire.

The style of breath we use is circular, rhythmic breathing in and out through the mouth. This method induces changes to the physiology of the blood, which allows us to journey through different brain wave states and tap into altered states of consciousness. There are contraindications to this style of breathwork so please ensure you read the waiver carefully on the booking page.

A breathwork journey is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours and includes an introduction, the journey, and a post-breath integration + sharing circle.

Location: Online via zoom. A booking link will be provided upon confirmation.

You will need a quiet space in your home where you can comfortably lie down and where you won't be disturbed.

It is recommended that you have a yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on (even your bed is ok), a pillow for under your knees, a blanket, a water bottle and a journal and pen.

You will need either a speaker or a set of wireless headphones. Wireless headphones are recommended as it makes the experience more immersive and blocks out any outside noise.

You will need to have your phone or laptop set up in a place where I will be able to see the upper half of your body from your belly to your head, from the side on view or above.
