Three Lunchtime Sessions

This three-part, weekly lunchtime training series will give a complete overview of good co-operative governance.

This course is suited to co-op participants of all kinds: members, management, current directors or those considering serving on a co-operative board. Even the co-op curious will get lots out of this course.

2nd Session - Best Practice Co-op Governance

3rd Session - Co-op Business Tools

Effective board meetings

Learn and network with other co-op leaders from all sectors as we put principles into practice!

Molly Kendall, Business Development Officer for the Co-op Federation, will present this interactive online course.

The sessions are in person and not recorded to ensure confidentiality and open sharing. If participants are unable to attend for any reason, a make-up time can be scheduled.
