Event description

Confident Facilitator Community of Practice

An online professional community for leaders, managers, supervisors, internal facilitators, consultants, and professionals who “facilitate” meetings, client strategy, planning, and collaboration sessions.

The Confident Facilitator Community of Practice is a dynamic and supportive online network that meets every second month. Members come together to share insights, tools, and experiences that strengthen their ability to lead powerful and productive conversations.

This group is designed for members of Business Women Australia (BWA) who are committed to lifelong learning, professional growth, and mastery in facilitation. It offers a space to explore challenges, exchange ideas, and deepen the art and science of guiding groups with confidence and impact.

Led by Kerrie Nobes, founder of Kreating New Collaborations and an experienced facilitator and leadership coach, this community benefits from her deep expertise in collaboration, group dynamics, and human-centered leadership. Kerrie brings warmth, structure, and a wealth of experience in supporting facilitators to grow their confidence and capability. Her passion for creating environments where ideas flourish and people connect meaningfully is at the heart of this peer community.

Launching in February 2026, this Community of Practice evolved from the successful Confident Facilitator Series delivered in 2025 by Kerrie Nobes with BWA, inspired by participants’ enthusiasm for continued development, shared learning, and peer support in an ongoing online environment.
