Valentines Day is known as a day to share, commit and be in love... make the time to dive into yourselves and connect deeply on a soul level.

You will be guided all the way, the evening is planned out, you can lean in, relax and enjoy each other.

Join online from your home, you will be guided in practices to deepen your connection, intimacy, and builds communication.

Spend an evening together connecting with each other without having to think about what to do, organise or plan – all that is taken care of. You need to arrive together online in a comfy environment with your own cushions, drinks and snacks – the rest is provided.

As the New Year begins take some time to build connection, set intentions for the upcoming year, be held together in the space deep listening, curiousity and love in action.

You will be guided in:

Gentle practices to ground and embody yourself and together as a couple

Speaking deeply to each other from heart centered communication

Practices of asking for what you need and giving feedback that encourages connection

To create privacy, we will be online so you will be asked to mute yourselves and turn the camera off at certain times and to your comfort levels. This will Not be recorded.

Give to yourselves before you need to give to others, often we are trying to give from an empty cup-fill yours up and sail through the busiest season of the year.

There is no pressure for you to KNOW what you are doing, preform, GET IT RIGHT. You will be guided all the way through to create safety and allow curiosity and connection.

You will need:

Internet, Zoom software downloaded before, sound and visual check.

For your comfort:

Create a space for connection both private and somewhere you won’t be disturbed
Turn your phones off
Organise chairs, lounge, cushions, drinks and snacks, journal and pen
