Energize & Thrive with 5 Element Qigong – A 6-Session Series (sessions are on Saturdays, excepting Sun 13th April in lieu of Sat 12th. Please note there is no session on 19th April).

What’s Included:
🔹 6 live, 60-minute Zoom sessions (weekly, excepting Easter Saturday)

Practical Considerations:
👕 Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease of movement
🧘 Have a quiet space to practice and enough room to move your arms and legs. Keep a chair or a cushion handy in case we do any seated meditation at the end of a session.
🍵 Practice on a neither too full nor too empty stomach
