Come and join us from your home to connect in with the energy and healing of what this Full Moon in October is bringing, along with the ascension energies and shifts that are happening right now.

Full moon is the perfect time to release and let go of old limiting beliefs, energies, memories, and things that are stopping you from living your fullest life and step into further expansion for your soul and the rest of humanity.

As we move through some this time of change and transformation things may feel a little unstable, it is through the learning of moon and the planets that helps us to see how this is aligned with what may be going on in our life, we are forever shifting and going through cycles.

It is a time for growth and to step into our light even more! I would love you to join us online for an evening of connecting, tuning into what this full moon brings, releasing, cleansing, manifesting, and relaxing the entire mind + body. Often with all that is coming to the surface we may feel tired and not feeling very expressive which is why this circle is more giving you the nourishment and relaxation your body is needing with and invite to connect more deeply within.

We will do some yin yoga, meditation, breathing for clearing, and sharing and connecting with each other through zoom.
