There is nothing quite like waking up on a slow Sunday morning, brewing a cup of tea and creating a peaceful nook in your own home to practice some Yoga & Meditation! What a gift to your nervous system and body to close out your weekend.
I'd love you to join me via Zoom on Sundays every fortnight from 9:30-10:30am, for a donation based hour class! Starting the the 14th of July.

All you need is a yoga mat, blanket, any type of pillow, and a space in your space where you can be undisturbed for an hour. 💫

This class will be suitable for ALL levels, even if you've never practiced yoga or meditated before. Think gentle yoga, embodied movement, led by the breath and a delicious meditation to open and close the practice. Then you can enjoy the bliss for the rest of your day
