Our event opens with a brief discussion on mindfulness-based practices to prepare you for the guided journey. You will learn:

· personal and collective intention-setting

· how to resource yourself

· how to ride the waves

· and breathwork practices to help you go deeper

As the session unfolds, participants will be invited to partake in a sacred green flower medicine-guided Imbibing Ceremony, followed by a delicious Body Scan, guided conscious connected breathwork, all while immersed in a curated music set designed to evoke profound internal experiences, aided by the power of our breath.

Once the journey is complete, participants will be guided to return and come together in an (optional) sharing circle with integration tips and self-care practices. We also offer an online integration session after the journey.
