Do you want to start this year feeling fresh, rejuvenated and excited?!

Do you want to live more aligned with your passions and true purpose in life, and feel more joy and happiness?

I used to feel sad and depressed with my life, until I realised that I was responsible for everything that happens in my life, and so I learnt how to manifest exactly what I wanted.

And now I am actually living my dream life every day!

Everything that I wanted, I have manifested in my life. Here's afew examples:

- I manifested an amazing art opportunity recently, using recycled materials to create an ocean-themed artwork that will be viewed by thousands of people everyday, with a dream client who valued my art!

- I manifested my dream to live in a tiny house on a bush property completely surrounded by nature, living more sustainably!

- I manifested an amazing art studio in a dream warehouse with a supportive community around me

- I manifested amazing friends and a community around me, plus many more.

AND I want to share this with you so that you can manifest everything you want in your life!!

Join me for this powerful workshop.

We will start with intention setting, where I will lead you through a guided meditation. We will write or draw our new intentions, and then use tools to create our vision board. I will share tools and techniques to manifesting the life you want, and how to include more creativity in your life.

Your vision board can look like:

- creating a vision board on Pinterest from your computer/phone that you can print out

- creating a collage using magazine cut outs and collected images/words

- or creating a series of drawings, paintings and quotes

This workshop is about holding space in a community setting so that we can do this TOGETHER!

What you will get from this workshop:

- how to set realistic intentions (NOT NY Resolutions that are unachievable)
- how to include more creativity in your life
- how to manifest the life you want using meditation techniques
- how to get out of your own way (no more self sabotage)
- how to listen to your intuition (gut feeling)
- learning new skills through hands-on experience
- guided projects by a passionate full-time artist
- learn extra tips on how to be creative
- new skills how to create more mindfulness in your daily life

What you will need for the workshop:

- A quiet room or corner where you will not be disturbed for one hour. This is time for YOU, that includes phone-free time.

- The Zoom App downloaded onto your device before the workshop

- To create your vision board, there are 3 suggested options:

Option 1: create a vision board on Pinterest from your computer/phone that you can print out (please Download Pinterest on your laptop/phone, and create an account before the workshop)

Option 2: create a collage using magazine cut outs (collect your fave inspiring magazines and images to use, bring a large A3 or A2 piece of card and scissors and glue)

Option 3: create a series of drawings, paintings and quotes (you will need Art materials to play with that you have at home. This can be as simple as pens/pencils and paper, or you can use acrylic or watercolour paints on canvas paper.)

- A positive attitude, open mind and a soft heart.

If you are ready to learn new ways of expressing yourself through art, THIS IS FOR YOU! I can't WAIT to hold space for you.

See you there!
Big Love, Mel x

TESTIMONIALS:
"Melissa’s intuitive painting art workshop was an incredible experience. This inspiring space really encouraged me, both to let go and be bold, as I moved through the fear of not painting beautiful enough. It helped me welcome joyful and spontaneous expression. I learned a variety of techniques, worked with vibrant colours and tools. Kept the momentum by moving the body to music, and last but not least, connected more deeply to my feelings and left feeling inspired!" - Angela

“I attended Melissa's workshop twice, it was really interesting and I loved this new way of looking at my emotions. For a person who considers herself non-creative, I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed expressing anger through destroying and burning my painting. I highly recommend it for everyone!” - Chloe

“The intuitive workshop I attended with Mel was a lot of fun. For me painting was very frustrating and Mel was very supportive, inspiring and assisted me with bringing out my anger onto the canvas. It's a joy seeing her teach, as the love she has for art and inspiring people to bring out their inner artist really comes through her work. Since that workshop my creativity has really skyrocketed. Thank you my friend!” - Will
