Online Event
This online event is held via zoom. The Access link will be delivered via email one day prior to the event.
Please create yourself a sacred space with what is available to you. There is no right or wrong here. This may range from finding a quiet space to yourself to setting up an intentional altar using what ever you feel calling to bring in for example, crystals, essential oils, cards or nature objects.
Please use ear phones as the sound frequencies are an integral piece of the session.
This is about your self care so you may like to use an eye pillow, blankets and cushions to be as comfortable at possible. Also please have water available to sip afterwards.
