This online session holds the intention of creating time and space for you to step out and away from the chaos of life and take just one whole hour for yourself to clear, reset, recharge, centre and ground your energy. Perfect for moving forward into the new moon cycle ahead.

During this monthly session you will get yourself super comfy; however that looks for you. You will receive a powerful Crystal Sentaura energy healing, alongside Soul Frequencies (my name that makes more sense for light language), guidance around the New moon, oracle card pulls and setting intentions for the coming month within your bright, clear, refreshed and renewed energy.

✨Soul Frequencies-What are they? They are literally different sounds that can sound like an unknown language, tones or singing. They flow from my solar plexus, through my heart and out of my throat chakra. I don't plan them they literally just flow as the energy decides. These soul sounds can clear blocked energy, activate a remembrance within your body, settle and centre your system, connect you on another level with your soul and most of the time just sound beautiful. Your heart and soul recognise these frequencies, sometimes we know the message that comes with it and sometimes we don't. We keep the mind out of it. It is just about receiving with an open heart.
