✨Soul Frequencies- What are they? They are different sounds, tones or singing. They flow from my solar plexus, through my heart and out of my throat chakra. I don't plan them they literally just flow as the energy decides. These soul sounds can clear blocked energy, activate a remembrance within your body, settle and centre your system, connect you on another level with your soul and most of the time just sound beautiful.
