I have created this sacred online space to receive Kundalini Activation and light code Transmission in the privacy if your own home. I love our 1:1 sessions but to come together in a safe container is so potent and also more accessible for those craving regularity and a deeper relationship with their energetic body and soul.

KA is a channelled energy transmission that activates your life force energy within your body.(Divine Feminine, Great Mother Energy). Ancient yogic texts describe her as a serpent – coiled at the base of the spine waiting to be released, and symbolically, the energy moves like a snake through the body.

Kundalini Activation is a SURRENDER practice.

You need only to BE. Honour the feelings of the body and allow her to reach you in the most healing ways. As the energy starts to move, the awakening begins.

Sensations such as physical and emotional releases in the body often occur. You may go through deep healing and have strong experiences during the activation. Although, the most profound thing is the shifts it brings to your consciousness and into your waking life.

How to prepare:

Ensure you will have a good internet connection.

Download Zoom to your device.

Light some incense ir a candle or set a minimal altar to bring you into resonance with this time for yourself.

Have a private area where you feel safe to feel, move, express or journey within.

Make sure to have your phone or laptop camera in a position to capture your full body.

This is a sound journey as well as a Kundalini Ceremony so having good audio is optimal. eg head phones or speakers.

Have a space with a firm surface, either the floor (blanket or yoga mat) or bed if you prefer.

Provide yourself with extra support like head pillow or knee bolster.

Allow room for body movement.

Try to keep diet light or fast 3 hrs prior.

Reduce /eliminate caffeine and sugars where possible

JUST BE - come with open mind and body, give your body permission to SURRENDER without judgement.
