Online Mastermind: The Leadership Mirror - Vision your Future with Tanya Mills

If nothing changes, where will you be at 80?

Join executive coach Tanya Mills for this fascinating BWA online workshop and discover how the vision of your future self can transform the way you lead today.

In the safe space with "Chatham House" rules and the parameters of BWA courageous conversations, we invite you to join our workshop-style online Mastermind and dare to dream. Most executives and business owners are too busy leading others to pause and reflect on where their own leadership (and life) is heading. But what if you could look decades ahead and see yourself in the future - both as you are now, and as your best possible self?

In this powerful, engaging 90-minute online session, Tanya Mills, founder of Aligned Success and executive coach to CEOs and C-suite leaders, will guide you through The Leadership Mirror.

This facilitated exercise reveals the stark truth of what happens if nothing changes, alongside the inspiring vision of who you could become.

Through reflection, conversation, and practical tools, you’ll uncover:

Where will your current path take you if you keep leading as you are?
A clear, compelling vision of your best self at 80.
Practical steps to realign today’s habits, boundaries, and energy with that vision.
How to embed “mental wealth” practices into your leadership so you thrive, not just survive.

This isn’t just theory - it’s a wake-up call for high performers and a catalyst for change.

A personal “future-self mirror” to measure your current trajectory.
A clarified vision of your best self now and in the future.
Practical steps to shift today’s rhythms and priorities the way YOU desire.
Tools for embedding reflection and intentionality into leadership practice.
