Online Mothers Circle

This Online Mothers Circle will give you a chance to focus on you, give back to you, like pouring back into your own cup

You will feel nourished, reassured, inspired and comforted in the comfort of your own home

This is not about giving advice or fixing anything, it's about allowing your experience to be exactly as it is, and in my experience this can be deeply healing and feel like a huge relief

Our time together in each circle will include:

* guided grounding and gentle yoga to connect back to yourself
* reflection prompts on a particular theme related to motherhood, with options to journal and draw

* options to hear from others and share in whatever way you feel comfortable

The full price ticket really helps support me to continue to do this meaningful work. It allows me to devote the hours of organising, promoting, planning, structuring, and preparing each circle, as well as coordinating childcare so I can fully focus on facilitating these circles that mean so much to me.
