These online mothers circles will give you a chance to focus on you, give back to you, like pouring back into your own cup

You will feel nourished, reassured, inspired and comforted

These circles are an invitation to sit with other mothers in the comfort of your own home, to listen and be heard

This is not about giving advice or fixing anything, it's about allowing your experience to be exactly as it is, and in my experience this can be deeply healing and feel like a huge relief

Our time together in each circle will include:

* guided, gentle grounding to connect back to yourself
* reflection prompts on a particular theme related to motherhood

* options to journal, stretch, set intentions and to share in whatever way you feel comfortable

You can join all circles, last Sunday of every month, with the last circle ending on November 24th

or you can join some or just one :)
